Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. Between 30 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the booking value is retained. Within 7 days of check-in the booking is non-refundable. Conditions may vary depending on the platform used to book.

Refund

Eligible refunds are processed within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original booking. In the event of an early departure, unused nights are non-refundable.
